Payment, postage and packaging

Our prices are in British Pounds. Standard delivery is two working days for orders placed before 2pm. The prices do not include postage and packaging; most deliveries are free but if you are an international customer or would like next day delivery there is an additional charge. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Payment is taken once your order is shipped.  Standard deliveries are sent Royal Mail 48 and tracked deliveries are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  If you are not happy with your product for any reason - you can return it to us free of charge within 30 days for a full refund. Send your return request to help@facetheory.com and we'll send you a pre-paid postage label.  The return address is
